LEGAL AND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Ms. Lombardi is experienced in estate and gift tax planning and
estate and trust administration. She is also experienced in business
succession planning within the estate plan for the family owned
business. Ms. Lombardi represents trust beneficiaries and
fiduciaries in trust estate administration. Ms. Lombardi enjoys
working with individuals, families and corporate trustees and is
accustomed to working closely with clients’ financial planners,
accountants and insurance agents in a “team” approach in planning
for family wealth transfer. She is experienced in planning with
charitable gifts, life insurance, retirement plans, qualified
personal residence trusts and multigenerational planning. Ms.
Lombardi is also knowledgeable in corporate matters and family
partnership matters as they may arise in the estate planning
context.
